Micro bio of my guest today:

Christiane is a pioneer in self-organization in companies. Just two impressive examples: She has been at the core of bringing Holacracy - a radically new way of self-organization - to companies mainly in Europe and she is a founding member and partner of encode.org which is a role model for and midwife to the purest form of self-organization, The For-Purpose Enterprise.

What you will hear and learn in this episode:

We will dive into what this means and other aspects of the so-called "New Work Movement" in this episode.

Where this episode goes deeper than perhaps others though, is at the level of 'Self'.
I felt inspired by Christiane's level of consciousness. She has lived a very intentional life with lots of ups and downs, profound breakthroughs, and nowadays designs her life as an experiment.

So please enjoy this very dense and timeless conversation that we recorded back in August 2020 in which we cover everything from "How our fears are holding us back" to "The governing laws of the universe" and many topics in between.

Right, let's jump right into how Christiane defines the three terms behind the title of her upcoming book "Love, Power, and Purpose".
