Christiane is a pioneer in self-organization in companies. Just two impressive examples: She has been at the core of bringing Holacracy - a radically new way of self-organization - to companies mainly in Europe and she is a founding member and partner of encode.org which is a role model for and midwife to the purest form of self-organization, The For-Purpose Enterprise.

We will dive into what this means and other aspects of the so-called "New Work Movement" in this episode.

Where this episode goes deeper than perhaps others though, is at the level of 'Self'.
I felt inspired by Christiane's level of consciousness. She has lived a very intentional life with lots of ups and downs, profound breakthroughs, and nowadays designs her life as an experiment.
